Example: A 30×25×20 cm box weighing 500g → volumetric weight = 3 kg → Trackon charges for 3 kg.

Wrong consignment number
Number starts with a city code. Recheck your receipt for the exact number including prefix.
Status stuck in transit
Updates pause between hubs. Normal — resolves in 12–24 hours.
“Out for Delivery” but not arrived
OFD is marked when agent leaves hub. Parcel arrives same day.
Delivery attempted, you were absent
Trackon makes 2–3 attempts. Contact local branch to reschedule or collect with ID.
No movement for 48+ hours
Parcel may need a manual trace. Also check if 75-day data retention limit has passed.
Use tight-fitting packaging
Compact packaging reduces volumetric weight, saving ₹30–₹100 per shipment
Surface over air for heavy items
Surface Express Cargo is 35–55% cheaper than Air Express for non-urgent shipments above 2 kg
Prime Track only when urgent
Reserve Prime Track for genuinely time-critical shipments — the premium is significant vs standard express
Drop off at a franchise
With 6,500+ franchise outlets, dropping off is typically cheaper than requesting doorstep pickup

Trackon does not accept the following items. Sending prohibited goods may result in seizure, fines, and legal liability.
