The Professional Couriers (TPC) was incorporated on November 1, 1987 in Navi Mumbai. It was founded to make reliable express delivery accessible to individuals and small businesses — at a time when professional courier services were largely reserved for large corporations. TPC was a pioneer in making the franchise model work for the courier industry across India.
Today, TPC operates through 5,000+ collection centres across 1,000+ locations, covering 6,000+ PIN codes and handling over 1 million shipments daily. In 2007, TPC founded The Professional Couriers Network Ltd. (PCNL) to expand operations in North, East, and Central India. By 2009, TPC had extended its international footprint with overseas entities in New York (USA), Dubai (UAE), and Singapore, serving 230+ international destinations.

Wrong consignment number
TPC numbers start with a 3-letter city code. Recheck your receipt carefully.
Status stuck in transit
Updates pause between hubs. Normal — resolves within 12–24 hours.
“Out for Delivery” but not arrived
OFD is marked when the agent leaves the hub. Parcel arrives the same day.
Delivery attempted, you were absent
TPC makes 2–3 attempts. Contact local branch to reschedule or collect with ID.
No movement for 48+ hours
Parcel may need a manual trace through TPC’s hub network.

Incomplete addresses cause failed deliveries and re-delivery charges — always include PIN code and landmark
Avoid restricted items
Sending liquids, batteries, or valuables without proper declaration can lead to delays or surcharges
TPC does not accept the following items. Sending prohibited goods may result in seizure, penalties, and legal liability for the sender.
